By the end of this specialization, you know how to guide an individual or a group toward greater fluidity - in creating, deciding, working. You understand the conditions that give rise to the flow state and the obstacles that block creativity, and you know how to set up the pace, environment and rituals that favor entering flow.
You locate a creative block or a decision going in circles, you help compare options using clear tools - without ever deciding on the person's behalf - and you design and facilitate creativity workshops, both individually and in groups. Your compass stays the same from the first session to the last: fluidity and well-being, not performance at any cost.
Hold a diploma as an autonomous professional practitioner and have some initial experience in the helping professions. Synodeo's Coach program fulfills this condition, but it isn't required as such: any equivalent qualification demonstrating the ability to work autonomously with clients is accepted, validated during the positioning assessment. The Mindful presence specialization is a helpful asset but not required.

Your practice scenarios and the first workshops you run are followed and validated throughout the program by your mentor, who pays particular attention to how well you hold your framing: fluidity and well-being, never performance at any cost.
Using the black book, you present a creativity workshop you designed and ran, along with its reflective analysis, defended over video before a Synodeo mentor. The assessment focuses on the accuracy of your block-locating, the quality of the conditions you set up, and how you ran the workshop.
At the end of the program, Synodeo awards you its professional diploma. It doesn't certify attendance: it validates competencies actually demonstrated in your black book, tested in real client work and developed with your mentor.
This diploma is part of a dual-recognition model. On one hand, a professional certification backed by an external professional body, which situates your competencies against industry standards. On the other, a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo, which puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training and assessment.
