Data controller

The controller for personal data collected on synodeo.com and app.synodeo.com is TCVH STRATEGIC, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered in Paris under 909 731 226, registered office 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris. Data collected and purposes

Contact form. Your name, email, and message are processed on two distinct legal bases depending on the subject you select: for a general information request (a program, the Synodeo method, other request), processing relies on Synodeo's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries it receives; for a request related to the positioning assessment or an enrollment, processing relies on pre-contractual measures, in view of entering into a training contract.

Depending on the form used, Synodeo also collects: the elements of your personal and professional background you share during the assessment, to evaluate the fit of a program and prepare a program proposal (pre-contractual measures); your billing details upon enrollment (performance of the contract); your login credentials and learning progress on the app.synodeo.com platform once enrolled (performance of the contract).

Professional assessment - a point of attention. Some fields in the assessment form are free-text. Please do not mention information about your physical or mental health there: it is not needed to review your application. Should such information be shared with us regardless, it will be handled with enhanced confidentiality and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the exchange, rather than kept for the file's usual retention period.

Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared, strictly within the limits of their respective duties, with: O2switch (hosting of synodeo.com and the app.synodeo.com platform, France); GoCardless (9- to 12-month installment payments by SEPA direct debit, through its French entity GoCardless SAS, servers located in the European Economic Area); Tiime (invoicing and banking, France). Your payment method is securely held by GoCardless: Synodeo never has access to your full banking details. No data is sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Artificial intelligence

No personal data is sent to an artificial intelligence system. Synodeo uses such a tool in its internal work - designing content, coordination, drafting documents - but no name, no contact details and no identifying element relating to a candidate, a person in training or a third party is entered into it. The publisher of that tool therefore appears neither as a processor nor as a recipient, and no transfer outside the European Union takes place on that account.

No decision concerning you is automated within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR: admission, exemptions granted at the assessment, evaluation of assignments and the award of the diploma are all matters for a person. Details are set out in the AI usage charter.

Sensitive data and separation between brands

The forms are not intended to collect sensitive data — health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs. You are asked not to enter any; if such data is submitted by mistake, access to it is restricted and it is deleted where no legal basis justifies keeping it. Data collected on synodeo.com is not reused for the other activities of TCVH STRATEGIC, which have their own forms and purposes. No shared file or tool is used across the three brands to date.

Retention periods

Contact or unconverted application: 3 years from the last exchange. Learner file (contract, pedagogical follow-up): duration of access to the program (training, free renewal and read-only period) + 5 years. Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Security

The site is protected by an SSL certificate (encrypted HTTPS connection). Access to data submitted is restricted to authorized staff at TCVH STRATEGIC and its processors, within the limits of their duties.

Cookies and trackers

synodeo.com. The showcase site does not set any cookie or tracker as of today: no audience measurement, no advertising tool, no social media widget.

app.synodeo.com platform (learner area). Once logged into your learner area, a session cookie (MoodleSession) is set: strictly necessary to keep you logged in, it is deleted upon logout and requires no consent.

This page will be updated, with a consent banner if applicable, should a non-essential cookie or tracker be added to either domain.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@synodeo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
