Hypnosis, according to Synodeo
Learning hypnosis isn't about collecting spectacular inductions. It's learning to support change: opening, with the person and at their pace, a space where something can come undone.
The hypnosis we teach is relational and respectful. It doesn't do anything to the person: it works with them, draws on their resources, and sits within the same ethical framework as all our programs - consent, confidentiality, boundaries of competence.
Like the rest of the school, it's learned through practice: real sessions, documented in the black book, reviewed with a mentor. The technique only has value through the stance that carries it.
