Do I need to complete the assessment before contacting you?
No, it's not required. But if you're torn between several programs, the positioning assessment (free, no obligation) often answers the question faster than an exchange of messages. And if you're not yet sure which profession suits you, the "Which helping professional are you?" test points you toward the professions closest to you in just a few minutes.
What happens after I send my message?
We get back to you through whichever channel you prefer (email or phone). Depending on your request, that first exchange can lead to a personalized assessment, then to enrollment if the program is a good fit.
