Below, in five short steps, you'll fill in an application that brings together your situation, your prior experience, your inspirations, and the program you're interested in - nothing to revise, nothing to prove, just a clear picture of where you're starting from and where you want to go. This application is strictly confidential.
A Synodeo mentor reviews it, then offers you a one-on-one video interview (up to 50 minutes). It's neither an exam nor an interrogation: it's a shared exploration. At the end, you receive a clear recommendation - a training plan, a partial exemption based on your prior experience, a validation of prior learning (VAE), or a preliminary skills assessment if your project still needs clarifying - along with a detailed program proposal - the price itself is public and known to you in advance. You then decide freely what happens next.
Does the assessment commit me to anything?
No. It's free and comes with no obligation. At the end, you decide whether to move forward - we support career paths, we don't sell training seats.
How long does it take?
The application takes a few minutes to fill in, across five short steps. The interview that follows is then scheduled around your availability, by video call.
Can I start directly at an advanced level?
Yes - that's exactly what the assessment is for. If your prior experience justifies it, your plan starts where you actually are, not from a fictional zero point.
What if I don't know yet which program to choose?
Select "I don't know yet" at the last step, and describe your situation in the earlier steps - the interview is precisely where we work out the right program together.
Do I have to attach a CV or my diplomas as PDFs?
No, it's optional. Describing your diplomas and experience in the text fields is enough; attaching a PDF (4 MB max each) simply helps your mentor prepare for the interview.
