A diploma is only as valuable as the trust it inspires. Synodeo has chosen a dual-recognition model, which keeps two complementary guarantees distinct rather than blending them.

Professional certification

Backed by an external professional body, certification situates your competencies against the shared standards of the profession. It attests that your practice meets requirements recognized by the profession, beyond the school's own framework.

The Synodeo professional diploma

Awarded end to end by Synodeo, the diploma puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training, your support, and your assessment. It rests on competencies actually demonstrated in your black book - lived practice, not a written exam.

Why separate the two

This separation is a choice of rigor. Synodeo designs its own curricula and trains with full pedagogical autonomy; professional recognition, meanwhile, rests on a third party external to the profession. The school doesn't award itself its own legitimacy: it aligns it with that of the profession.

Practice as proof

What grounds the value of a Synodeo diploma isn't a number of hours attended, but practice actually carried out, documented in the black book, then defended before a mentor. We don't sell training seats: we support professional journeys, and we put our name behind what we validate.

Our recognitions

Synodeo is today recognised by two independent international professional bodies. Each recognises a specific set of programmes : click through for the details of the recognition and the programmes concerned.

One distinction we hold to : an accreditation qualifies a programme, whereas a certification qualifies a competency. None of these recognitions is a State approval : they are sector recognitions. We announce what has been secured, never what has not yet been.
