Free and systematic before enrollment. A file and an interview to build a plan suited to your actual starting point - and a detailed program proposal.
02 - The black book
Our signature device: documenting real client work and drawing a reflective analysis from it. Lived practice, not a theoretical exam.
03 - Personalized coaching
A Synodeo mentor supports you over video throughout the program: four hours included on the professional programs, two on the shorter ones, none on the Tutor program - and in every case unlimited e-mail support answered within 72 working hours. Practitioner to practitioner.
04 - 100 % remote, at your own pace
Every program stays accessible for twelve months from enrollment - nine at the least if the assessment grants you exemptions. You move forward when you can, from wherever you want.
05 - Dual recognition
An external professional certification and a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo. Our frameworks are designed in-house and recognised by leading professional bodies, program by program. We announce what has been secured.
06 - Displayed pricing
Public, firm prices, identical for everyone, shown on each program's page, in twelve monthly instalments with no fee and no interest. Certification included, no discounts. No public funding - a choice of independence.
