By the end of this program, you know how to welcome a complex request, translate it into a well-formed goal, check its ecology, conduct an engagement across several sessions, and choose, among ePNL tools, the ones that genuinely serve the client in front of you.
You master the Meta-model and the Milton Model, know how to shift an internal representation through submodalities, conduct a swish pattern and a six-step reframe, and hold a solid ethical framework - able to refer someone out when a request exceeds your scope.

You revisit presuppositions as an embodied stance, learn to code an observation with precision - beyond the sensory grids research has invalidated - and to map a situation finely so you can adjust your intervention as closely as possible to the client.
The linguistic core. You work on the Meta-model (spotting omissions, generalizations, distortions and restoring deep structure) then on the Milton Model, that permissive language which opens spaces for change through presuppositions and ambiguities.
The technical core. You explore submodalities, the swish pattern and mapping across, formulating a well-formed goal and its ecology, meaning and context reframing, the six-step reframe, and advanced anchoring.
No framework, no profession. You work on the practitioner's ethics and responsibility, the clear boundary with clinical care and coaching, respectfully referring an out-of-scope request, and supervision as a regular practice.

Coding an observation: note the exact word and its frequency without interpreting it, ask an open clarifying question, then check the precision gained through a reformulation - never diagnosing an assumed sensory system.
Farid repeats "he doesn't respect me" seven times in ten minutes. A first practitioner jumps too quickly to a conclusion about authority and shuts the conversation down. The third repeats the exact word, asks what it concretely covers, and reveals that the discomfort is about the public staging of the disagreement, not the disagreement itself.

Video sessions with your Synodeo mentor follow your real engagements: goal formulation, the ecology of changes, the moments where you hesitated. Four hours of video coaching are included in the program, alongside unlimited e-mail support.
Your black book becomes a practitioner's file: several engagements are traced there from first session to closure, with a reflective analysis that also owns up to what didn't work.
No validation on paper: your diploma rests on engagements conducted with real people, supervised, documented and analyzed with clarity.
Assessment moves forward with you: self-corrected checkpoints at every milestone, individually commented case studies, and ongoing review of your black book - your mentor pays particular attention to how well you hold the ethical framework and your ability to refer what falls outside your scope.
The program ends with the defense, over video before a Synodeo mentor, of your black book and the reflective analysis built on it, in absolute respect of the confidentiality of the people accompanied.
At the end of the program, Synodeo awards you its professional diploma. It doesn't certify attendance: it validates competencies actually demonstrated in your black book, tested in real client work and developed with your mentor.
This diploma is part of a dual-recognition model. On one hand, a professional certification backed by an external professional body, which situates your competencies against industry standards. On the other, a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo, which puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training and assessment.
Synodeo designs its own curricula and trains with full pedagogical autonomy; professional recognition, meanwhile, rests on a third party external to the school. The same rigor runs from the first case study to the final defense.
This level is for those who want to become a fully-fledged ePNL practitioner: conducting engagements, not just observing. It assumes the skills of the Technician level - validated at Synodeo or recognized on file review during the positioning assessment, since each level remains an independent program. Master Practitioner will then open onto tailored design: meta-programs, logical levels, modeling excellence and a stance of transmission.
This programme is recognised by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM) under Synodeo's accredited-trainer status. Your diploma may carry the IACTM logo, and once you graduate you may apply in your own right for the corresponding IACTM accreditation: Coach.
An accreditation qualifies a programme; it is not a State approval, and it is distinct from the certification of your competencies, which your Synodeo diploma attests. It situates the training against the shared standards of the profession.
This programme is also an IHA Approved Course (International Hypnosis Association): the IHA approves the course, and once qualified you may apply individually for your IHA certification (Certified Practitioner / Master Practitioner of NLP). The IHA logo attests to the course approval; in line with IHA rules, it does not appear on the Synodeo diploma itself.
