What the price includes2 hours of one-to-one video coaching with your referent, to be scheduled freely across your program. This volume is the same for every learner on this program: it is not decided at the diagnostic. It comes with unlimited e-mail support - as many questions as you need on content, deliverables and method, answered within 72 working hours. If you want more video time, additional 4-hour packages (€300, i.e. +€25/month) can be added at any point.

What you'll actually be able to do.
By the end of this program, you understand what ePNL really is - its genealogy, its presuppositions, its promises and the scientific controversies surrounding it.
You know how to observe a relational situation without projecting interpretation onto it, build a living rapport with another person, and adapt your communication accordingly. You master simple anchoring as a first tool for shifting an internal state, and you lay the first stone of a three-level program that can take you all the way to Master Practitioner.
- Understand the origins of ePNL, its presuppositions and the critical distance needed toward the model's promises.
- Adopt a stance of observation without interpretation ("the map is not the territory").
- Notice the words and predicates specific to another person, and adapt your listening to their frame of reference, without filing them into a typology.

What you need to start
No academic prerequisites, no prior helping-profession experience required: you can start from zero, since personal maturity and stance are the only criteria Synodeo assesses. You'll also need real curiosity about communication and observation, and time to dedicate to personal practice during training.

Understanding ePNL
Before any tool, a foundation of understanding. You explore the history of ePNL (Bandler, Grinder, the modeling of Erickson, Satir, Perls) through to contemporary scientific debates, the founding presuppositions adopted as a stance rather than a dogma, the communication model, perceptual filters, and listening for each person's own language.

First relational tools
The operational core. You work on rapport - the foundation of any helping relationship - through non-verbal, vocal and verbal synchronization, then on internal states and anchoring: setting, stacking, triggering and collapsing an anchor, and installing a resource anchor.

ePNL is learned in relationship, not in the abstract: your validation rests on what you have actually practiced and on the clarity of your own view of it.

Diploma & certification
A proven diploma, solid recognition.
At the end of the program, Synodeo awards you its professional diploma. It doesn't certify attendance: it validates competencies actually demonstrated in your written work and your first hands-on practice, tested in the field and developed with your mentor.
This diploma is part of a dual-recognition model. On one hand, a professional certification backed by an external professional body, which situates your competencies against industry standards. On the other, a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo, which puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training and assessment.
Synodeo designs its own curricula and trains with full pedagogical autonomy; professional recognition, meanwhile, rests on a third party external to the school. The same rigor runs from the first case study to the final defense.

This Technician level welcomes complete beginners as well as professionals looking for solid fundamentals: no prior experience is required. It forms a complete whole, with its own diploma. The Practitioner level naturally extends this work: you'll move from observation to conducting full engagements, from the Meta-model to change-work tools. And if your experience warrants it, the positioning assessment can validate direct entry at the next level.

What people often ask us.
Is ePNL scientifically recognized?
Not in the sense a consolidated academic discipline would be, and it would be dishonest to tell you otherwise. Born in the 1970s from the modeling of remarkable practitioners, ePNL is a practice grounded in clinical experience: some of its historical claims are contested by research, others intersect with established knowledge in communication and psychology. Synodeo teaches you these debates rather than hiding them: you learn the tools along with their limits, with no miracle promises.
Is ePNL manipulation?
Its tools touch on influence, like any communication - the question is one of use. From the very start, the program installs a clear stance: consent, respect for the other person's model of the world, checking that the intended change truly serves the person. Observing without interpreting is not manipulation: it's precisely the opposite of projecting your own intentions onto someone else.
Do you need experience in the helping professions to start?
None. This program deliberately starts from zero: what Synodeo looks at is your personal maturity and your stance, not your résumé. Many learners in fact come from professions unrelated to the helping field - HR, sales, teaching, technical roles.
What's the difference between ePNL and hypnosis?
ePNL works on communication, perception and internal states in full consciousness; hypnosis works through an altered state of consciousness and its own language. The two intersect - ePNL notably modeled Erickson - but remain distinct disciplines, and Synodeo devotes two separate programs to them. Nothing stops you from eventually exploring both.
Professional recognition
A programme recognised by the IACTM.
This programme is recognised by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM) under Synodeo's accredited-trainer status. Your diploma may carry the IACTM logo, and once you graduate you may apply in your own right for the corresponding IACTM accreditation: Coach.
An accreditation qualifies a programme; it is not a State approval, and it is distinct from the certification of your competencies, which your Synodeo diploma attests. It situates the training against the shared standards of the profession.
This programme is also an IHA Approved Course (International Hypnosis Association): the IHA approves the course, and once qualified you may apply individually for your IHA certification (Certified Practitioner / Master Practitioner of NLP). The IHA logo attests to the course approval; in line with IHA rules, it does not appear on the Synodeo diploma itself.
