By the end of this program, you practice hypnosis at the highest technical level: mastered Ericksonian language, custom-built complex metaphors, advanced symbolic protocols, hypnoanalysis and regression, transgenerational work and desensitization.
You master several specializations (children, weight loss, rapid hypnosis, sensory hypnosis, smoking cessation) and know how to deploy them according to the request. You take on the supervisor stance: you pass on your practice, you support practitioners in activity, and you place your practice within ongoing professional development.
The Synodeo Hypnosis - Practitioner level, or an equivalence recognised during the positioning assessment. A regular hypnosis practice and the maturity of at least two years of real-world practice. The intention to pass on, supervise or teach.
You explore the Milton model and train to weave a permissive, conversational Ericksonian discourse, in conversational induction, and in building custom complex metaphors from the intake interview.
You step up your symbolic mastery: major protocols (mental laboratory, symbolic journey, change machine), inner-child repair work, resource anchoring - conducted end to end in safety.
The most demanding dimension: age regression, timeline work, transgenerational work and desensitization, conducted within the safety safeguards of hypnoanalysis, with safety above all.
You take a position as a specialist (children, weight loss, rapid hypnosis, sensory hypnosis, smoking cessation) and take on the supervisor stance: advanced ethics, conducting supervision, case analysis, formative feedback, and ongoing professional development.

Synchronizing, linking, presupposing: converting a directive induction into Milton-model language to reach mental or wary subjects that the directive style leaves at the door - without abandoning what already works with compliant subjects.
A practitioner trained in the classical school notices that his most mentally-oriented clients resist his directive inductions. By rewriting his script line by line in Milton-model language - synchronization, presuppositions, double binds - he gains a second style that opens precisely the subjects the first left closed.
Resource before the wound: establishing a safe place and the capable-adult stance before any symbolic approach to the inner child. You fill what was missing, you never reopen a specific scene.

At this level, the relationship with your Synodeo mentor takes on the shape of peer supervision: your video sessions focus on your most demanding cases, your handling of emotional safety, and your own stance as a future supervisor. Four hours of video coaching are included, alongside unlimited e-mail support.

Mastery isn't declared, it's demonstrated: your diploma rests on real sessions conducted safely, including in moments when the material overflows.

The final step is a video defense before a Synodeo mentor: you defend your black book and your reflective analysis, carefully anonymized, and demonstrate the elevated perspective expected of a supervisor.
At the end of the program, Synodeo awards you its professional diploma. It doesn't certify attendance: it validates competencies actually demonstrated in your black book, tested in real client work and developed with your mentor.
This diploma is part of a dual-recognition model. On one hand, a professional certification backed by an external professional body, which situates your competencies against industry standards. On the other, a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo, which puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training and assessment.
Synodeo designs its own curricula and trains with full pedagogical autonomy; professional recognition, meanwhile, rests on a third party external to the school. The same rigor runs from the first case study to the final defense.
Master Practitioner is designed for seasoned practitioners aiming for technical mastery and the responsibility of passing it on. Like the other two levels, it's a stand-alone program crowned by its own diploma: confirmed hypnotherapists from other schools can enter directly if the positioning assessment recognizes their equivalence and their practice maturity. Beyond it, there's no higher level: there's supervision, specialization and ongoing professional development - which this program precisely establishes.
This programme is recognised by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM) under Synodeo's accredited-trainer status. Your diploma may carry the IACTM logo, and once you graduate you may apply in your own right for the corresponding IACTM accreditation: Therapist / Counsellor.
An accreditation qualifies a programme; it is not a State approval, and it is distinct from the certification of your competencies, which your Synodeo diploma attests. It situates the training against the shared standards of the profession.
This programme is also an IHA Approved Course (International Hypnosis Association): the IHA approves the course, and once qualified you may apply individually for your IHA certification (Certified Hypnotist / Hypnotherapist). The IHA logo attests to the course approval; in line with IHA rules, it does not appear on the Synodeo diploma itself.
