The promise

What you'll actually be able to do.

By the end of this program, you know how to go beyond standard protocols to build a tailored intervention, starting from a systemic reading of the client (meta-programs, logical levels, internal strategies).

You know how to soften a limiting belief using Sleight of Mouth patterns without jarring the client, build a precise therapeutic metaphor, and conduct a re-imprinting safely. You've built a critical distance toward ePNL itself: you know its limits, you can name an ethical dilemma, and you pass on the stance as much as the tools.

  • Elicit and model an excellence strategy (TOTE model) and transfer it while respecting each person's individuality.
  • Spot another person's meta-programs and adjust your communication without reifying them.
  • Conduct an alignment of Dilts's six logical levels on a project.
  • Work with the timeline safely and conduct a re-imprinting while respecting overall ecology.
  • Use Sleight of Mouth patterns to soften a belief without contradicting it head-on.
  • Build and deliver a tailored therapeutic metaphor.
  • Handle an ethical dilemma and maintain regular supervision of your practice.
Prerequisites

What you need to start

The Synodeo ePNL - Practitioner level, or an equivalence recognised during the positioning assessment. Substantial, documented ePNL helping-work practice. Supervision already underway, or availability to set it up as soon as the program starts.

The program

A path built step by step.

01

Strategies and cognitive styles

You start with mental strategies (TOTE model), learn to elicit and model an excellence strategy to make it transferable, then explore meta-programs - these attention filters - while staying careful not to pigeonhole the person.

02

Identity and deep levels

You work on Dilts's logical levels and their alignment on a project, the notion of subjective time and the timeline, re-imprinting - staying clear-eyed about the risk of false memories and reconfiguring a limiting memory within a secure frame.

03

Advanced language and creativity

You explore Sleight of Mouth to soften a belief through verbal reframing, the therapeutic metaphor isomorphic to the client's situation, and advanced hypnotic language - with clear awareness of its effects and its ethical limits.

04

The master practitioner's stance

The culmination: modeling excellence as a methodical approach, the Walt Disney strategy, advanced ethics (blind spots, methodical doubt, ongoing supervision) and handling ethical dilemmas. You pass on ePNL not as a dogma, but as a tool in the client's service.

Zoom in on the content

What you work on, module by module.

One example of method and one case-study excerpt per module - taken directly from the program's courses.

01

Strategies and cognitive styles

Mental strategies & TOTECognitive & motivational styles
Method in focus

Modeling an excellence strategy: elicit the strategy of the person who succeeds, also elicit the learner's own strategy to pinpoint the precise gap, transmit only the decisive links according to the 4MAT model, then check and project into a future situation.

Case in focus

Inès absorbs a sales rejection and moves right on, while Tom collapses at every no. Comparing the two strategies, the manager isolates two missing links for Tom - separating rejection from his sense of self, giving himself an exit criterion - and passes them on: from the very first imagined attempt, he regains a sense of availability.

02

Identity and deep levels

Logical levelsTimelines & re-imprinting
Method in focus

Reconfiguring a limiting memory through dissociated overview: never suggesting or validating the memory's content as an established fact, bringing the missing resources to the scene, then checking ecology before any bridge to the future.

Case in focus

Thomas has carried the belief "I always make a fool of myself in public" since adolescence, born from a failed school presentation. Without ever validating the scene as an established cause or blaming anyone, the master practitioner helps him bring, with hindsight, the support that was missing - and Thomas draws from it a more accurate belief.

03

Advanced language and creativity

Sleight of MouthMetaphors & hypnotic language
Method in focus

Softening a belief without ever refuting it: honoring the positive intention it protects, then sliding in several reframes - intention, redefinition, counter-example, higher criterion - as questions rather than assertions.

Case in focus

Claire, forty-eight, keeps repeating: "at my age, it's too late to start over." The master practitioner never argues head-on; he brings her to find a counter-example herself. She leaves telling herself that her age may not be the real problem.

04

The master practitioner's stance

Modeling & creativityAdvanced ethics & supervision
Method in focus

Handling an ethical dilemma: recognizing it rather than avoiding it, clarifying the framework with the sponsor, redefining the mission or declining it if it falls outside the framework, and bringing the case to supervision rather than deciding alone.

Case in focus

A company hires a master practitioner to bring Léa, a manager, to accept a reassignment she experiences as a demotion. He refuses to use his tools on her without her knowledge and redefines the mission: helping Léa decide freely, whatever the outcome.

Condensed, anonymized excerpts from the program's case studies - for teaching purposes, not transcripts of real sessions.

How it works

100 % remote, at your own pace - never alone.

Like the previous levels, this program is experienced remotely and without schedule constraints: you have access for one year after enrollment and progress according to your own availability, closely supported.

Online learning

Strategies, meta-programs, logical levels, Sleight of Mouth: the advanced material is freely accessible and worked through demanding case studies, each with a correction commentary that discusses the choices made as much as the technique itself.

Personalized coaching

Your video meetings with your Synodeo mentor already resemble the supervision you'll set up in your own practice: analysis of your complex cases, review of your ethical dilemmas, a look at your way of transmitting. Four hours of video coaching are included, alongside unlimited e-mail support.

The black book

The black book reaches its most accomplished form here: substantial engagements, a systemic reading of situations, and a reflective analysis that questions even your own blind spots.

Lived practice

The mastery claimed by this diploma is proven on record: real interventions, tailor-designed, documented and submitted to critical scrutiny - your own first, then your mentor's.

Assessment

Validated by your practice, not by an exam.

Continuous validation

Every stage has its self-corrected checkpoints; your case studies receive reasoned feedback; and your black book is reviewed regularly, with particular attention to the ecology of your interventions and the honesty of your self-assessments.

Final validation

You finally defend your black book, over video before a Synodeo mentor, along with the reflective analysis running through it - confidentiality guaranteed - showing that you can bring a master practitioner's eye to your own work.

Diploma & certification

A proven diploma, solid recognition.

At the end of the program, Synodeo awards you its professional diploma. It doesn't certify attendance: it validates competencies actually demonstrated in your black book, tested in real client work and developed with your mentor.

This diploma is part of a dual-recognition model. On one hand, a professional certification backed by an external professional body, which situates your competencies against industry standards. On the other, a professional diploma awarded by Synodeo, which puts the school's own responsibility behind the quality of your training and assessment.

Synodeo designs its own curricula and trains with full pedagogical autonomy; professional recognition, meanwhile, rests on a third party external to the school. The same rigor runs from the first case study to the final defense.

The program track

This level within the path.

The final tier of the ePNL program, this track is for seasoned practitioners - trained at Synodeo or elsewhere, with equivalence established on file review during the positioning assessment, since each level stands as a complete program in its own right. It doesn't open onto a further level, but onto lasting practice: the regular supervision, transmission and ethical rigor that sustain a master practitioner over time.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask us.

What does Master Practitioner add compared to ePNL Practitioner?
The Practitioner applies proven protocols within a structured engagement; the Master Practitioner designs. Systemic reading (meta-programs, logical levels, internal strategies), tailored interventions, advanced language - and a shift in stance: you no longer just do ePNL, you're able to transmit it and question its limits.
Can you enter directly at ePNL Master Practitioner level?
It's possible for practitioners trained elsewhere: Synodeo certifies the equivalence on file review, during the assessment. Two other conditions matter as much as the level itself: substantial, documented helping-work practice, and supervision already underway - or set up as soon as you start.
Is memory work, such as re-imprinting, reliable?
It's a powerful tool that demands particular caution: memory is reconstructive, and the risk of inducing false memories is real. The program therefore teaches strict neutrality - a memory is never validated as an established fact, you work on the charge and belief present today - and stopping the work in favor of a referral to care as soon as a trauma exceeds the scope of well-being work. This clear-sightedness is an integral part of mastery.
Does this diploma allow you to teach ePNL?
It gives you the bearings to train and supervise: modeling, formative feedback, the ethics of transmission. Let's say it plainly: there is no official title of ePNL teacher, in France or elsewhere. What grounds legitimate transmission is proven practice, sustained supervision and honesty about what the model can and cannot do - three requirements this program addresses explicitly.
Professional recognition

A programme recognised by the IACTM.

This programme is recognised by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM) under Synodeo's accredited-trainer status. Your diploma may carry the IACTM logo, and once you graduate you may apply in your own right for the corresponding IACTM accreditation: Coach.

An accreditation qualifies a programme; it is not a State approval, and it is distinct from the certification of your competencies, which your Synodeo diploma attests. It situates the training against the shared standards of the profession.

This programme is also an IHA Approved Course (International Hypnosis Association): the IHA approves the course, and once qualified you may apply individually for your IHA certification (Certified Practitioner / Master Practitioner of NLP). The IHA logo attests to the course approval; in line with IHA rules, it does not appear on the Synodeo diploma itself.
